Some scary facts:
Our rubbish is dumped into landfill sites, which seriously pollutes our soil, waterways and atmosphere – that is the food you eat, the water you drink and the air you breathe. Thousands of fish, whales and birds are killed every day because of the rubbish going into our oceans
Some happy facts:
90% of what we throw away can be recycled into carpets, t-shirts, sweaters, shoes, automotive parts, ceiling insulation, new packaging…
How do I do it?
We have gathered Recycling Collection Companies from around the country who come to you to collect your rubbish, you don’t even need to separate the items. This means you can still throw away everything except food into the same bin; all you have to do is rinse out the packages.
You throw. They sort. Simple.
