Objectives:

• To expand our operations geographically in country and into other countries

• To effectively and efficiently implement our programmes that meet the needs of our communities

• To provide a range of quality, capacity building services within the community development sector

• To provide a rewarding volunteer experience including the exchange of both culture and skills

• To develop innovative solutions to the training and capacity building needs of communities with the focus on children and youth and providing access to new opportunities

• To be pioneers in the field of monitoring and evaluation in using sport as a tool for development

• To focus on gender issues and equality in all our programs and to provide solutions to the challenges faced
